Anyone else having problems with this model not opening the smart apps portal or netflix no more have had it for year and half now seems to be a firmware problem.
Firmware we have on our set is v3.1.4.h dated 16-7-13 app version v034a have contacted argos tech helpline which did not help as they were adamant you need the receipt before they can help you yet we lost ours how they expect peeps to have the receipt over a year ago.
problem is even mention here where i posted as well thought i had better inform peeps incase anyone has same prob am waiting for an email back from argos as not happy with their customer services on the problem.

Interesting to see on that forum how many people actually think Bush is a manufacturer still. It has been a very long time since Bush made anything. And even worse the name is currently 'owned' by Argos, so there's even less chance than before of getting any help or info about it (not that the Harvard group were much good before Argos either).
